Delivery fees are assumed by the costumer. In some cases these fees are reduced or delivery is totally free.
The basic price excludes any customs charges (in some countries outside the European Union). They are entirely paid by the costumer.

Order will be processed after full payment. The courier receives the parcel next working day.
In some countries (outside the euro zone), delivery can be delayed due to customs formalities.
Costumer can track the order online. A tracking number is available for each order.

The seller is no way responsible if delivery is not made on time due to force majeure: strike of the delivery service, extreme weather…
If a product is out of stock, the costumer will be informed and will have the opportunity to wait for the availability of the product or to be fully refunded the amount paid on his (her) payment card.
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 7 days after receiving the parcel. To this end, he (she) shall notify Customer Service by email at email@example.com within that period.
No retraction will be accepted if this period is exceeded. The parcel will be returned in its original packaging at the customer's expense at the address: 1 Square James Dean Brussels Belgium. The opened parcel will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at his (her) expense. After checking, the customer will be directly refunded the amount he (she) paid.
